- NO REFUNDS! Exchanges or requests for store credit must be made within 10 days of purchase in like new condition.
- NO Exchanges or store credit will be given on any given item that has been SPECIAL ORDERED, SIZED OR ALTERED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Preparing Your Exchange By Mail
To exchange a shipped item to Ezekiel Diamond Co., please follow these steps.
- On a sheet of paper write down and indicate the reason for your exchange and sign it. Include it in the original packaging to ship back.
- Include the receipt and any other original documents in the package.
- The return label on the center of the box should be addressed to: Ezekiel Diamond Co. 7009 S. Staples, Ste 101, Corpus Christi, TX, 78413.
- Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
- Your receipt MUST accompany the exchange and what item you want to exchange it for.
- All exchanges will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a store credit/exchange.
Ezekiel Diamond Co. isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
